Program Overview:
YES+ Winter Break is a 14 day adventure including:
four dynamic programs designed to maximize your potential, recreation, travel, adventure and selfless service.
- Art of Silence Course: Healthy food for the body, silence for the mind, meditation for the soul. This silent retreat is designed to enhance self-discovery, provide deep rest for the mind and body, and revive energy and enthusiasm.

- Art of Meditation: Sahaj Samadhi Learn a simple and effortless meditation technique that provides a daily recharge of body, mind and spirit
- Youth Festival: Come together with young people from around the world for two days of Celebration that will include competitions & workshops in Music, Dance, Drama, Yoga
- Service: Experience a handful of the different projects Art of Living is involved in. Visit rural schools, rural development project (RDP) sites and our organic farms. Here is an opportunity to learn more about how this knowledge translates into so many different parts of life. Take responsibility and see how you can be involved even after you leave.
- Recreation: There will be an optional trip to Mysore before the Winter Break Program. During the program participants can visit local temples and downtown Bangalore for food and fun!
